Since registration remains open through the Convention, the attendee list is subject to change and additions will be added periodically.

Setup Hours and Check-In

Trade Show Day takes place Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Radisson Plaza Hotel (Kalamazoo Ballroom on the lower level). Trade Show hours are 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

  • Exhibitor Setup: Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. No Monday set-up hours.
  • Please check in at the Big I Michigan Convention Registration Desk located in the Arcadia Ballroom Foyer when you arrive to set up on Tuesday.
  • Teardown: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
 
   

Trade Show Giveaways

If you are hosting a giveaway, once your winner is drawn, please bring the prize and the winner’s information to the Big I Michigan Convention Registration Desk, located in the Arcadia Ballroom Foyer on the lobby level. All giveaway winners will be posted at registration, and prizes will be distributed from that location.

Attending the Awards Dinner?

If you plan to attend the Awards Dinner on Monday, February 16, shuttle service will begin at 5:30 PM at the hotel lobby entrance. You're also welcome to take your own transportation to the Air Zoo in Kalamazoo (plenty of parking available). Dinner buffet service begins at 6:45 PM.
