Meeting the Challenge of Change: Operations Focus

This class will sensitize you to common Errors and Omissions losses in the agency. You'll learn how to take steps to avoid errors while improving communication with your customers. Consistent best practices and good documentation will be emphasized to help minimize errors and misunderstandings. The class will also improve your ability to identify practices that should be avoided and solidify sound sales and service procedures. Credits: In-Person: Filed for 3 hours P/C

Please note: Registration for each class closes 2 days prior to the class date.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, you will receive a 25% refund. No refunds will be given to those who attend part of a program, or who are no-shows. If you do not cancel and do not attend the program, you will be considered a no show and no money will be refunded, nor will your money be transferred to a different class.
