This Errors & Omissions class will focus on some the areas we frequently don’t have an opportunity to discuss in the “traditional” program. These include: best practices for procedures and operations in your agency; insight regarding the process of, and what to watch out for when submitting an E&O Claim; an over of the process and “what to expect” in the event of an E&O Claim; Certificates of Insurance, and finally; an overview of some state and federal laws that are currently impacting agents E&O exposures.
