TQA: The Plan 2014

Foundation Session – Laying Out the Plan

Monday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 18 – both days 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (March 17 dinner on your own)
Mary Eisenhart of Eisenhart Consulting Group, Inc. leads attendees in a new and exciting strategy to Build/Grow/Perpetuate your agency.

Session #1 – Cultivate Leaders

• Managing income/expenses

Session #3 – I.D. Operations and IT Opportunities (Filed for 7 hours of CE)

Agencies that do the bare-minimum with technology fall behind in business. Mary can help identify and secure a global approach to agency operations by implementing a new tech strategy (including paperless, mobile office, social media, etc.)
and more. E&O issues will be addressed as well.

Session #4 – Strategize and Capitalize! (No CE)
Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7
Instructor Cheryl Koch, Agency Management Resource Group, will host a valuable session that distinguishes between marketing your agency effectively and actively selling your products and services.

Session #5 – Carrier & Vendor Relations (Filed for 6 hours of CE)
Monday, December 1 and Tuesday, December 2
Chris will discuss the importance of:
• Selecting suppliers carefully
• Communicating expectations to carriers
• Dropping markets to grow new business
• Strengthening carrier relations

Wrap Up
Final Session: The Plan Comes Together
Monday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 13, 2015 
Mary Eisenhart returns to piece together all the parts of the plan that have been covered and show you how to develop a solid business formula. She will also explain that planning, improving, building, growing for the long term goal of perpetuating is a continuous process.

Mary Eisenhart, TQA PresenterMary Eisenhart has spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry, both in independent agencies and with insurance carriers. In 1996, she became an insurance industry consultant, and is the owner of Eisenhart Consulting Group in Lincoln, Nebraska, a consulting firm dedicated to helping insurance organizations become extraordinary.

Mary has been featured in Rough Notes and other insurance industry publications, and has authored a Best Practices tool for IIABA, The Next Generation: A Young Agent’s Best Practices Leadership Guide. She has also chaired local and state Big “I” Education Committees. Mary develops and presents insurance industry management, technical, Best Practices, motivational, and risk management seminars throughout the U.S.
