Booth reservations are now open.

  2. Email Jen Burnett with your first, second and third booth # preferences.
  3. Jen will reserve your booth and send you a Quick Pay link to make payment.

Please note: Payment is required at time of booth reservation as we do not invoice for the trade show.

    ($100 for each additional person after three)
  • 8' x 10' booth space
  • 8’ back wall drape and 3’ high side rails
  • 2' x 8' covered and skirted table, 2 side chairs and one wastebasket

Cancellation Policy

There is a $400 fee for canceling your trade show booth reservation. No refunds are provided after February 2, 2024

Know Before You Go

  • Setup is Tuesday Morning, February 20, from 8:00 - 11:00 AM (Trade Show Hours are 11:15 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • Tradeshow Hall Move-in Entrance (for loading and unloading) is located on the South Entrance of the Exhibit (Entertainment) Hall and is accessible through the parking garage. 
  • Ethernet can be ordered from Art Craft. Exhibitor Kit to be made available in early February.
