Need to Know

  • Setup hours for booths are 8:00 - 11:00 AM and breakdown hours are 3:00 - 5:00 PM on our Trade Show Day - Wednesday, February 22.

  • Basic WIFI is provided to guests. If you require internet for your booth, we recommend you order a dedicated Ethernet line and/or electrical through the hotel. Click here for instructions.

  • Hotel will accept shipped packages for the trade show no earlier than one week prior to event (February 15). Shipping Label needs to include your name and note that it's for the "Big I Michigan Trade Show." Shipping address is: Amway Grand Plaza, 187 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Shipped packages can be picked up at the hotel bell station.

  • There is a $400 fee for canceling your trade show booth reservation. No refunds are provided after February 7, 2023
