Became licensed in 1996. I began my career as a captive insurance agent. I spent 5 years running my company and then chose to become an independent agency owner. I opened my first office in February of 2002. Later opened a new office in Cadillac, Mi and consolidated 2 offices into one new location in 2014. My agency achieved TQA (Total Quality Agency) status after a year long program with the MAIA in 2014.
