LDS12 CISR Dynamics of Service

CISR’s goal is to challenge you to become one of the best. You may choose to focus on specific topics, or you may decide to go for the designation. When you successfully complete the optional examination following each of the five courses, you will have earned the right to be called a Certified Insurance Service Representative. You do not need to be licensed to attend CISR courses. Registration is $145 without CE and $152 with CE. Registration begins at 7:30 am. Class runs from 8:00 until 5:15.

It’s all about building proven techniques for effective customer service—and it’s designed for anyone who values clients and customers. The course is open to all agency personnel regardless of affiliation or professional designation. A full day is packed with five skill areas that are essential to agency success.

The Dynamics of Service Program satisfies the update requirement for all dues paying CISRs. However, you do not need to hold the CISR designation to attend.
