The Michigan Association of Insurance Agents offers career building designation programs. One or more of these programs may be just the boost you're looking for, and each one has been approved for Michigan Continuing Education credit!
 The Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) program coaches front-line service professionals to understand and analyze risks and exposures with top-notch faculty, nine stimulating modules, and a curriculum that’s tailored to specific regions. Pick five of the nine modules to earn your CISR designation
 The Certified Insurance Counselors Program (CIC) has been the insurance industry’s premier proven source for practical, real-world education since 1969, enhancing professional skills and offering an opportunity for national recognition within the insurance community.
 The Certified Risk Managers Program (CRM) provides the foremost education available in the field of risk management, addressing today’s highest priorities like strategic planning and identifying, analyzing, controlling, financing, and administering operational risk, and more.

 The National Alliance has created a My Page to help you eliminate the need to search for and remember specific dates and details about your designation and education accomplishments. Find it at www.thenationalalliance.com/mypage.
MAIA Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration, you will receive a refund minus 25% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given to those who attend only part of a program, or are no-shows. Registrations cannot be transferred from one program to another. Registrations may be transferred to other agency personnel without a fee; however, MAIA must be notified prior to the event. |

YAC Offering Designation Scholarship
For all you young and new agents resolving to take your careers to the next level in 2013, why not consider an MAIA-sponsored designation program (CIC, CISR or CRM) with financial help from the Young Agents Council?
YAC is now offering a designation scholarship up to $500 to help pay for program fees, books and even overnight accommodations. Application deadline is March 29, 2012.
