MAIA's Young Agents Council sponsors programs geared toward developing professional agents, helps them build business and personal relationships, and instills in them a commitment to the industry. YAC also gets young agents involved in the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents and develops future leaders. YACs are the future of the industry. All agents who work for an MAIA member agency and are age 40 or younger or have been in the insurance industry for less than five years are members of YAC. There are no dues!
