Pictometry Online is a web-based technology that enables you to access a vast database of 3D-like, high resolution aerial images. You have the ability to enter an address of a risk, pull up that location, rotate all around the risk and see all four sides (including areas that aren’t easily accessible), and measure anything on that image. You can accurately measure the distance, height, square footage, elevation, change in elevation, the pitch/slope of a roof, and much more! You are able to do most of the work you need for a risk right from your desktop in a quick, easy and inexpensive manner while obtaining more information on a risk that was previously available through old fashion methods.
