Cyber Risk Insurance is a developing market that is still being defined by changing technology, court decisions and the insurance requirements of the business community. This program will define Cyber Risk Insurance and what it might cover. Specific coverage’s discussed will be third-party liabilities, such as errors and omissions for technology professionals or intellectual property claims based on materials published on websites or distributed over the Internet.

Also, the loss of intangible digital assets and critical customer or patient information. Coverage for the Insured’s own losses when Internet service is disrupted or computer networks crash will also be discussed.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration,you will receive a refund minus 25 percent of the registration fee. There will be no refund for no-shows. Registrations cannot be transferred from one program to another. Registrations may be transferred to other agency personnel; however, MAIA must be notified prior to the event.
